PSU Trip

Again? Yes Again the parents left me for some weekend fun. This time they went to Penn State University for a football game.
Good for mommy as PSU finally won a game. Her losing streak is over! YEY! ....she is very excited because that means she'll be invited back next year.

Daddy loves to shop @ Penn State. There's nothing he won't buy with a PSU logo. They helped the economy the best way they know how.

You know, you can't have too many PSU socks.............

Daddy likes to tell stories when he's in Penn State. He'll start off the story like this "When I was a young Matt I......" Today he was remembering times he spent at this bar. The Phyrst family would break out into song and everyone would sing the PSU fight song. DiDi and Mike were enthralled with his stories ;)

After drinking a few victory beers, Daddy would go to Brothers Pizza to - well, I guess to get sober....;)

Daddy loves Joe Pa.... frankly he's not the only one. They named a whole tent city after Joe Paterno..Paternoville. Happy Halloween!

At the game.

Daddy loves a good pompom at the game. We totally dig him!

They didn't forget the Airedale!

Hosta - pasta????

Mom and Dad did alot of planting last weekend.
Mommy has a friend who gardens and likes to share plants. Mommy came back with some extras for me. Well, she planted a few and I dug up a few...all's fair in the plant world.

This hosta just didn't want to stay planted. I'm sure of it.

So I chomp and swing it around, my personal favorite......

Is anyone trying to steal my pod of hosta?

I think I have something in between my teeth.

Smells so good!

Because I don't have anything else to play with, I must play with the hosta.

Wedding pix

Since they got all dolled up, I'll show some wedding pix.
Mom and dad look pretty good here.

All the out laws....

Whole Cahill clan.

Lovely flowers from the tables. Wyatt, these are for you!

Mom and dad are resting. I'm you know how HARD it is to go from living with 4 cats to hanging with 6-8 dogs for 3 days?
Roman is making sure I'm ok.

It's fun but I'm one tired hound!

So I'm at my baby sitters while mom and dad celebrate my Uncle Mike and Aunt Lindsey's wedding.
Aunt Lindsey has trouble keeping her eyes open for pictures.....that will change when she becomes a 'Cahill'
Trust me see all the Cahill's in this blog....they've never met a camera they didn't like!

Daddy doesn't like this food....he could eat plain hotdogs every day for the rest of his life! Me too! If they let me eat people food....but they don't

Mommy in the middle with 2 of her 3 sisters ( all Cahills)

Montana brother, another sister, and groom. (Cahills)

Montana brother, mommy and groom. (Still smiling Cahills)

Today (Saturday) is cool in the 50-60's but sunny. So the bride and groom are lucky so far.

I don't care because I'm out running around like a crazy dog....
Just the way I like it!

Another Excursion

I love, Love, LOVE the weekends because I get to go on excursions. The great thing is, Mommy always like to try new places. This keeps my nose and eyes on high alert. This time I'm looking for flying friends.

Hey dad, check it out behind you. Who knew there were huge bodies of water 30 minutes from our house?

Let's go check it out. NOW!

Not alot of trees are changing color yet, but this red tree was giving a wonderful show.

Looking for more hawks and bald eagles. I've got very good eyes, you know?

The other good thing about our excursions..... is I usually am alittle tired at the end of them.

Poor Mommy, she has to take her own picture to show she was there too!

Beach Vacation

Mom and Dad are so nice to me. They take me on my own off to the North Carolina Beach. The ocean is beautiful but there's no way I'm getting in. I've seen other Airedale's, on their blogs, enjoying the ocean but I'm just not a fan.

Now, the sand....that's a different story. I REALLY like the sand. Digging is easy and soooooo fun.
Hello down there? Anyone home?

I may have enjoyed a crab horsdevure (sp?) or two while on vacation.

The best time of day for beach pictures is sun rise. At least that's what mom says.

Me and my daddy and the good lighting....
