More than a bucket full

My brother came to visit today in our muddy backyard. I'll let him tell the story from here.

Because I'm the President, I get some privileges like hanging out.

Like a good body rub from mom.

Just another good time playing with Violet Mae

And I run amuck with the neighborhood dogs against the fence.

What????? It's just alittle dirt. Dad says he'll need more than a bucket full of water to clean me up...BOL

You want to do what? Hose me off? I'm the President alert my team,...I'm outta here.

Oh Lordy...is anyone looking? Do we have to do this in the FRONT of the house. I get no respect around here.....

Well, I guess this is man's work.

yes Dad please clean up the beard I don't want any dirt in my water bowl.

Seriously???? I wasn't THAT muddy!!!!!

Alittle to the left please......

I'm looking good! Back to looking Presidential....

Uncle Chuck

My Uncle Chuck died today after a valiant fight against lung cancer.

Uncle Chuck was my Godfather along with Aunt June(Godmother). He was one of the biggest chatterboxes I've ever know, and boy could he tell a story!

Uncle Chuck would regal us children of the 70's with ghost stories, in the dark, outside. It was great! As he had all of our attention, my Grandpop (his dad) would jump out of the bushes and scare the bejesus out of us!!!!! And we loved it, knew it was coming and loved it anyway!

I am truly honored to have known him. My dad lost a wonderful brother today.

But now Uncle Chuck has some new people to tell his stories to up in heaven.
