Mr. Turtle is my new friend dad!
Dad got poison ivy rescuing a box turtle LAST week. We don't think this is the same turtle.
A THIRD turtle??? Two in one day. WILD! Daddy, please find them a nice home in the woods across the street.

What a pretty turtle. Ours aren't colorful like yours are, Violet. We see lots of Painter turtles because of the ponds in our yard. We are still seeing them laying eggs!

Airedales are the sweetest dogs. Our airedale (when she was still with us) used to be the sweetest dog towards other animals. I have a picture of her lying outside while a rabbit hopped around her! One time my husband said, "Drop it" and she opened her mouth and out ran a baby oppossum! She didn't hurt animals, she just carried them around like a Mom.
