You may have heard...
the heat has moved to the East Coast....
and into our garage!
The Hydrangeas and the Airedale are wilting.
Mom has some ideas on how to keep me busy. How about a good bully stick?
Gimmee.....
Or how about a Frosty paws?
I've never had one until this weekend and
I LIKED it!
This is devoured in 6 minutes. I don't know why my peeps think this would 'keep me busy for awhile?
Or when the heat is really bad. I do what any good terrier would do. I dig myself a good hole!
So glad you liked the Kim K class. After my summer photo class here at home I'm probably going to try and take one of her more advanced photoshop elements classes too. There are some many neat things that program can do, once you get through the learning curve! Try not to melt in this heat.
ReplyDeleteYour mom is very smart, Violet. Bully sticks and Frosty Paws are a brilliant idea! Stay cool!

We've had a record cold summer here in Seattle (except for this perfect weekend) but nobody's been complaining after reading about the heat wave in the rest of the country.
ReplyDeleteI know, I can't believe the heat you guys are having. It's usually just us down here in the deep south! Wilty, indeed! I've wondered about Frosty Paws. Gotta get my pups some too since Violet enjoyed it so much! Stay cool~
ReplyDeleteOur welsh terrier loves to lay in the dirt/mud. He just got a bath today. I think I might have told you about freezing water in an empty soda bottle. Our airedale used to love that.
ReplyDeleteStay cool...

We have that same hole in our garden!! Actually we have a bunch of them :)
ReplyDeleteStay cool, Violet.

We hate the heat too. Lucky for us it's been pretty cool up here in N.Idaho all summer. Our cabin hasn't gotten above 70degrees inside! (NO a/c) Next week it's supposed to get up in the 80's, so then it'll be more ice cubes to eat. hehe. 104 in the garage is HOT!! Do you go to the river to cool off??
