New Cocktail

Mom and Dad had a 'Lifetime Movie' kind of day. You know the kind.....a nice main street, sprinkling of snow, shopping, hand in hand holding.....la, la, la.....

Whatev'....... Obviously I was not with them.....




They had a new drink call Spiked Apple Cider.


Mom had one and was glad for lunch ;) Next time she'll have one at home.


Spiked Cider Cocktail Recipe - From Iron Hill Brewery
You'll need......
Apple Cider
Absolut Pears
Apple Pucker
Cinnamon simple Syrup ++
Granny Smith Apple

Directions
In a Collins Glass (tall skinny- just like me- haha) add 1 granny apple slice (we skipped this)
1 oz Cinnamon simple syrup
1 oz Absolut Pears
1/2 oz Apple Pucker
Fill glass with ice and top with Apple Cider, stir or shake and serve

Cinnamon simple syrup
2 cups water
4 cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 cups sugar
add cinnamon sticks to water and bring to a boil. After water comes to a boil immediately turn the burner off. Add sugar and still until sugar dissolves. Let mixture
