Whew, What a day and it's only Saturday!

Today was a special day bc we took a long ride, walked and had our 1st outside dining experience.....in Public!
Struble Trail is shaded, has a creek, is a long walk, and saw Uncle Mike and Aunt Lindsey (sans pix).

It was 90 degrees in DE yesterday. Being the good airedale parents...we immediately purchased a pool for our beloved furry girl. Mommy was in the freezing water showing her how FUN it is. Daddy was enticing the girl with treats. Alas, it's still just a big water bowl. Even Gustov and Roman are reluctant life guards.

Matt, Grant, Nicole and I went to the Lums Pond Dog Show. It was a beautiful day, and we saw lots and lots of hounds. Nicole is the guest photographer today. She has an Akita and bulldog so you won't see any Airedales....not bc she likes Akitas/bulls better.....it's because NO, not one, NOT a single Airedale showed up for competition. hmmph! AND Violet had to stay home. So meet the doggies Nicole had a good time with!

Mom and Violet took a walk today on this beautiful sunny Friday. My fearless airedale saved me from a very bad groundhog. See the pointing action, alerting me that something is amiss. Then the sit down, as in - we are not leaving this spot. Stare down, and see the big bad groundhog - Gus is that you?
