On Saturday 2 of my sisters came down. We walked Baltimore Inner Harbour and had a great Mexican lunch.
The Stadium has the original 'old ballpark' look and it was really beautiful!
We had seats 7 rows from the field but the sun shone on us all day. It was hot but more importantly we were worried about our 'young Irish' skin all day! Even tho we had 100 sunblock on! The good news is not a single one of us got sun burn. The bad news is the Phillies lost.
Oh well it was a wonderful beautiful weekend trip!
Violet got to stay overnight with this guy, brother Quincey. She's still tired! haha
OOO, too bad you weren't in Seattle where you would've watched the Mariners pitch a no-hitter!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had awesome weather for it too!! :)
ReplyDeleteGood to read Violet had a great time with Quincy.

PS. Please could you share your sun and send some over the pond please. It won't stop raining here.
It sounds like you and Quincy had a blast, Violet!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
Looks like the peeps had a fab time at the game!! Next time maybe they can smuggle you in as a 'working dog' hehe!

Ooo was that Camden Yards? It looked like so much fun, albeit a bit too sunny. Todd and I like to visit stadiums all over the country. So far we've gone to about 35... we haven't gone out east very much though, and I think the last new one we visited was Camp Randall Stadium at Univ of Wisconsin.
ReplyDeleteWe bet Violet had a brillo paws time with Quincey! Looks like the humans had a great time too!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week

WooHoo! I love baseball. Looks like a fun day. I always wonder if the pooches know their doggy relatives. Does Violet act differently with Quincy? BabyRocketDog and Hootie have never made a connection with any of their relatives, but I always wonder. ;<) Have a great weekend.
