My sister reminds me that my kitties have now become step children. Well here's a few shots of my kitties.

All my boys looking out the window....But wait what is that? A fly? A Bee? A leaf? A piece of cat hair? Oh no, but of course it's a STINK BUG. Thanks to my hunters I have one less STINK BUG!!!!

Remember the scene in "ET" when he was within all the stuffed animals. The mom didn't notice ET. This reminded me of that scene. I think I walked by this mess 3 times before noticing Gustov!

The crates are set. The beds are in the room. The leash and collars are ready to go. Picking up the airedales tomorrow night, Quincey and Violet are flying in from Oklahoma.
I'm a wreck...........what the heck was I thinking. I have cats - 4 cats, am I nuts to bring in 2 not 1 - 2 puppies? I guess the answer is yes. The kitties have no idea what's going to happen, and yet they know something is happening.
I"m excited too. Looking forward to walks, treats, and tricks. In time it'll all be good...right, right?

11-3-09 wrong

So I found out that the orange cat does have a home and is appox 15 years old! HA! I thought he was a homeless kitten. The neighbors next door feed 'ED' and have seen him for around 10-12 years. I didn't notice this cat until last summer. He belongs to another family and goes home @ night. During the day he hangs out between our two homes. Here he is close to my young boys, everyone loves ED.

However there are also a mom and kitten running around our houses too. So the cat carrier is being used by ED, mom & Kitten and a hairless cat in the neighborhood. Who knew!

It's raining, it's pouring and there's a neighborhood kitty that's out in this weather. I can't sleep @ night thinking this pour orange girl is outside. The last two days have been soppy, and cold. So Matt and I made her some shelter, with toys and treats.
Of course we can't find her right now but I keep looking! She's the same kitty from the 080209 post.

This is kitty cat dinner food. They love the kind with gravy. and DON'T forget about the treats. I have started to 'hide' them and Gustov LOVES the hunt!

Oh chores, Matt did them today as I made a cherry crumble for a visit tonight. He did the usual - Petsmart, Home Depot, Dry Cleaning, Acme etc.   This is what happens when he is alone @ Petsmart.  LARGE cat carrier -oh excuse me- dog carrier.  We have to take Petunia and Gustov to the vet on Thursday. He thought, and I agreed - since I don't have to wrestle with them, to get a large carrier. We think it will be easier to put them in the carrier while they fight, hiss, spit and let the fur fly. 

Here they are carefully checking it out, treats always help!  Take note, Petunia saw it and ran - she's no dummy!
